Instructions
Combine one 5 oz. packet of herbs in a non-metallic pot with 8-10 cups of water (more water can always be added if a less strong tea is desired). Cover, simmer, and decoct for a minimum of one hour. Strain and enjoy. Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink 1 2 cup 2-3 times per day. Add local or manuka honey if desired for taste and added health benefits.
This product is sold as 2 separate packs of herbs, which will last approximately 20 days if used at the rate given above. The 2 Longevi-Tea packs will be packaged in a single bag.
